Role OverviewThe Route Sales Representative supports the Service Departments in meeting customer needs through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service. This position reports to the District Manager and requires daily travel, operating vehicles on public roads, and working in indoor and outdoor areas of industrial laundry facilities.
What You Will Do
Prospect and engage new customers, provide outstanding customer service, communicate with decision-makers, and follow Service SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License, CDL when applicable, and be 21 years or older
- Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work
