Role OverviewAs a Route Service Representative, you will independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, ensure compliance with company standards, and enhance visual appeal and drive sales. You will work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up, replenishing, and merchandising products at stores on a route, maintaining planograms, setting up promotional displays, and managing stock and rotating products.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits
