Role OverviewAs a Route Service Representative, you will independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, ensure compliance with company standards, and work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals. You will set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route, arrange and maintain product displays, and manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store.
What You Will Do
Your daily schedule will start at 6:00am, and you will typically work 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. You will spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits
