Role OverviewJoin the largest independent Medical Waste Service Provider in the country for an exciting position! As a Route Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing assigned accounts efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will operate a 26 ft. straight truck safely, comply with all DOT and state regulations, and follow company safety and compliance policies.
What You Will Do
Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local regulations. Plan daily schedules based on customer needs by reviewing manifests, route sheets, and other documentation provided by supervisors or dispatchers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Completion of accredited driving school or one or more years of commercial driving experience
- Current driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC)
- Ability to read maps and demonstrate good computer skills
- Regularly carry 25–50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Push/pull carts up to 500 lbs using mechanical aids or manual effort
- Age 25 years or older with driving experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Safety toe work boots with slip-resistant soles and a Bluetooth headphone system required
- Covid vaccine preferred; may require mandatory immunizations and customer credentialing
