Role OverviewAs a Route Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing assigned accounts efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will operate a 26 ft. straight truck safely, comply with all DOT and state regulations, and follow company safety and compliance policies.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include picking up and transporting waste safely, planning daily schedules, preparing and loading trucks with necessary supplies, delivering high-level customer service, and completing required paperwork.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Completion of accredited driving school or one or more years of commercial driving experience
- Current driver's license with excellent driving record
- Current Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC)
- Ability to read maps and demonstrate good computer skills
- Regularly carry 25–50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Push/pull carts up to 500 lbs using mechanical aids or manual effort
- Age 25 years or older with driving experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to a dynamic work environment
