Job Description
We are seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department in providing excellent customer service and assisting with the management of route districts. The Route Supervisor will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for developing a highly productive team, communicating changes and policies, evaluating route organization, and cooperatively working with other departments in the branch.

Requirements

  • High School graduation or similar experience
  • Valid Driver's License and be 21 years or older
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
  • Good time management skills and team player
  • Ability to recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately
