Role OverviewThe Router is responsible for producing and maintaining a master record of all routes, providing operating copies daily, and meeting all deadlines relating to schedules set up for the routing process. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The Router will also maintain a professional appearance and work area, and exhibit the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity.
What You Will Do
The Router will produce and maintain cost-efficient and timely routes, coordinate with Dispatch to establish route standards for time and miles, and provide excellent customer service when working directly with customers, parents, and employees. The role also involves maintaining a written record of problems related to the routing program and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
