Role OverviewR+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Router Supervisor at our Muskogee, OK Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. The Router Supervisor will be responsible for managing driver and freight handler management, coordinating dock operation and driver/freight handler scheduling, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring quality freight handling procedures are followed.
What You Will Do
The Router Supervisor will be responsible for timely dispatching of LTL Loads, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring quality freight handling procedures are followed. Other duties may be assigned by the Service Center Manager.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and solid problem-solving abilities. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.

- Proven basic leadership experience
- Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
- Must have computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas
