Role OverviewR+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Outbound Router Supervisor at our Syracuse, NY Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations.
What You Will Do
Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling, ensure Safety Compliance, and dispatch LTL Loads.

Requirements
- Driver and Freight Handler Management
- Proven basic leadership experience
- Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
- Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred
