Role OverviewJoin our growing Roving Maintenance Team as a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in their work. You'll travel between properties to ensure homes are safe, clean, and ready for residents.
What You Will Do
Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs, tackle various jobs, work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and help prep units for new residents.

We're looking for dependable, skilled Maintenance Technicians with general maintenance skills, a valid driver's license, and computer knowledge.
Requirements
- General maintenance skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance repair
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Computer knowledge (typing, spelling, able to use tablets for work orders and communication)
- EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain
- HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Able to lift, shovel and/or plow snow, and get around multiple properties
Benefits
- Pay: $25 - $32/hour based on experience
- Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
