Job Description
We are seeking a Roving Community Manager to oversee the operations and management of our conventional apartment community for the San Diego Conventional Region in San Diego, CA. As the Roving Community Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing and financial performance for multiple conventional properties.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing luxury / conventional apartment communities.
  • Hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community, with strong leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities.
  • Proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI, particularly in managing apartment records and financials.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operations.
  • Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fostering a positive community for residents.
  • Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
