We are seeking an enthusiastic Roving Leasing Professional to join our team for the San Diego Region in San Marcos/Escondido, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role
  • Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
  • Goal Oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
