Roving Leasing Specialist - Multi-Site Tax Credit Affordable Properties

Requirements

• Collaborate on marketing, activities, and strategies for assigned communities
• Provide periodic training/marketing sessions for employees
• Assist Director of Marketing and Regional Portfolio Manager as needed
• Report weekly on status of current properties
• Develop full knowledge of application information required and screening processes
• Play an active role in the renewal process and train site staff
• Develop and maintain an on-going resident activity plan and retention program
• Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
• Proper maintenance of resident and property files
• Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, and related information
• Maintain a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader’s requirements
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
• Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development
