The Royale Room at Hyatt is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to provide libations and offer customized recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers an opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and building on one's style and previous bartending experiences.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • TABC certification is required
