Job Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Office of General Counsel—Legal Enforcement Section. This position provides fundamental administrative support for the Legal Enforcement Section.
Requirements
Graduation from High School or GED.
Two or more years of related professional administrative experience.
Ability to prioritize work assignments, to prepare accurate and grammatically correct written documents, and to organize and index files.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with other computer functions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
