Role OverviewDirects the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of assigned arterial roadways, highways, and related infrastructure within a designated borough. Plans, coordinates, and supervises daily highway maintenance operations.
What You Will Do
Supervises daily highway maintenance operations, including guiderail and fencing installation and repair, debris removal, snow and ice removal, and the installation and maintenance of traffic and landscaped medians.

Requirements
- Four years of full-time satisfactory experience as a working member of a roadway or bridge/tunnel maintenance and repair crew using asphalt and concrete mixes
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Possession of a Class B Commercial Driver License valid in the State of New York with no restrictions on the use of air brakes
