Role OverviewThe RSP Manager, School Psychology will support the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) in responding to principal and staff needs regarding related service provider assignments and evaluations. The RSP Manager will collaborate and advocate to support the school system, goals, and priorities, as well as the missions of OSD. This role will be held accountable for implementing training, recruiting and hiring related service providers, facilitating performance evaluations, and developing data reporting.
What You Will Do
The RSP Manager will implement training for related service providers, actively recruit and participate in hiring, facilitate performance evaluations, develop data reporting, and work closely with the Director of Related Service Providers to optimize student well-being and resource allocation. The RSP Manager will also develop and approve assignments and schedules for related service providers, manage budgeting and planning initiatives, and assume responsibility for professional development.
