Role OverviewThe RTE Clean Room Monitor is responsible for ensuring employees following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by performing duties such as maintaining foot baths, hand dip stations, and room cleanliness. The role requires maintaining a steady flow of employees through the room while limiting the number of employees to maintain control. The monitor also notifies management with issues or problems in the clean room.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include making sure employees are following GMP, maintaining foot baths and hand dip stations, removing condensation, and maintaining floor powder. The monitor also reports any employees not following GMP to the Shift Manager.
