Requirements

• Develop and test new products and materials
• Develop test specifications, procedures, and objectives
• Set up and conduct tests on new innovations
• Collect and analyze data from testing
• Participate in product design reviews
• Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and time lines
• Monitor and report on performance
• Continually review laboratory methods, processes and equipment
• Develop/improve data collection systems and statistical analysis
• Assist in quality improvement projects
