Job Description
The Rubber Liner will install and apply rubber linings in industrial equipment, prepare surfaces, mix rubber compounds, conduct quality control, and perform repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
