Requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following services: Assurance Services, Consulting Services, Entrepreneurial Services, Tax Services, Wealth Advisory Services, Investment Banking Services
• Financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, public company and capital formation services and mergers and acquisitions services
• Business advisory services, fraud and forensics, information technology risk, litigation and risk services
• Start-up services, analyzing cash flow and cash management, outsourcing of accounting services, and preparation and/or review of payroll tax filings
• Customized tax services including individual, corporate, and partnership tax planning, and state and local income and sales/use tax planning
• Identifying, prioritizing, and achieving financial goals and objectives by integrating income taxes, estate taxes, financial planning, risk management and investment management needs
