We're looking for a Production Engineer to work in our Semiconductor Technologies unit in Marlborough, MA. The role will involve optimizing and improving Environmental, Health & Safety, production throughput, product quality, and reliability of supply.
What You Will Do
As a Production Engineer, you will work as a technical resource to coach and assist the operations team to optimize and improve Environmental, Health & Safety, production throughput, product quality, and reliability of supply. You will also act as a technical resource for Operations personnel, applying technical skills to optimize plant operations, resolve plant problems, and enable safe and efficient production of low-cost, quality products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering
- Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or qualifying Asylee / Refugee)
- Willingness to be on call (24/7 rotation every 5-6 weeks)
- Experience in a process-oriented manufacturing environment (preferred)
- EH&S Behavioral Based Performance skills (preferred)
- Strong Statistical Process Control Skills (preferred)
- Strong technical, teamwork, and basic financial knowledge and skills (preferred)
