Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated temporary staff to assist during a multi-day community fireworks and entertainment event. Temporary Event Staff will support event operations including parking control, guest assistance, traffic direction, shuttle support, crowd monitoring, setup/cleanup assistance, and general event support duties.

Requirements

  • Direct vehicles and assist with parking operations
  • Provide guests with directions and event information
  • Assist with crowd flow and line management
  • Monitor assigned event areas for safety concerns
  • Assist with golf cart shuttle loading/unloading operations
  • Support food vendor and activity areas as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness of event grounds and common areas
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown activities
  • Report safety concerns, incidents, or emergencies to supervisors
  • Work cooperatively with event supervisors, security staff, vendors, and fellow team members
  • Perform other event-related duties as assigned
