RV Technician

Requirements

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and propane systems.
• Inspect RVs for structural, safety, and operational concerns, identifying necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service appliances, slide-outs, leveling systems, generators, and auxiliary power systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance including winterization, dewinterization, roof inspections, and system testing.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with company and RV industry standards.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
• Accurately document services performed, parts used, and labor hours.
• Test all systems after service to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Promptly report equipment issues, safety hazards, or customer concerns to supervisors.
