Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Regional Vice President, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) - with a specific focus on our Life Sciences sub vertical to lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization across North America.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams within cloud, SaaS, or data & AI—ideally within Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharma
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling teams in complex, regulated industries
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling and structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders across both technical and business functions
  • Experience driving growth through partner ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to connect data and AI capabilities to real-world healthcare and life sciences outcomes
  • Familiarity with usage-based and consumption-driven sales models
