Role Overview

CapTech is seeking a SaaS platform engineer to play a hands-on role in the engineering, administration, and evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem. This is not a traditional “support-only” role. You will serve as a technical owner and subject matter expert for critical SaaS and cloud platforms, driving automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization.

What You Will Do

Act as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on-premises platforms supporting CapTech employees. Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools that improve productivity, support, and operational insight.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Comfort working in macOS and Windows CLI environments
  • Understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, author clear documentation, and translate business needs into workable technical solutions
