Role OverviewAs a Saddle Stitcher - Operator at BR Printers, you will be part of a team that takes pride in doing great work that truly matters. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring saddle stitching equipment to produce high-quality books, booklets, catalogs, and other printed materials.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up and operating saddle stitching equipment, reviewing job tickets and production specifications, performing machine setups and changeovers, and inspecting finished books for quality.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, printing, or bindery experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn specialized production equipment
- Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work overtime based on production needs
