Role OverviewAs a Safety Analyst for John Deere Drivetrain Operations, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data to comply with safety regulations and health and safety management system requirements. You will develop recommendations for health and safety processes and participate in unit strategic planning. You will also coordinate safety audits and risk assessments, manage corrective action and preventative action processes, and lead incident investigations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing Safety role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Root cause analysis experience
- Experience with OSHA and general industry safety requirements, safety audits, Robot & Machine Safeguarding Risk Assessments, Safety Risk Assessments, and Ergonomics
- General understanding of industrial hygiene programs, particularly regarding metalworking fluids
