Safety and Security Monitor

The Safety and Security Monitor will coordinate and oversee patient monitoring activities, maintain a safe and secure environment, and support the overall building safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include monitoring patient movement, maintaining daily logs, conducting safety and security rounds, and providing crisis management and patient de-escalation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have good communication and de-escalation skills, knowledge of 12-step programs, and experience in chemical dependency treatment. They must also be able to pass a PA Criminal Background Check, obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances, and pass a Drug Screen.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Chemical dependency treatment experience preferred
• Pass PA Criminal Background Check
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
• Pass Drug Screen
• 2-Step TB Test
