Role OverviewThe Safety Associate works collaboratively with the health care team to provide safety, companionship, and supportive care for patients who require additional monitoring or assistance.
What You Will Do
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff, recognizes patients' needs, communicates with the interprofessional team, and provides on-to-one direct observation for safety.
