What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing comprehensive safety programs and policies, conducting regular safety audits and inspections, performing risk assessments, developing and delivering safety training programs, leading investigations into accidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders, walking on uneven surfaces, and being exposed to various weather conditions
