Job Description
Upchurch is a rapidly growing, full-service building engineering company providing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services across the southeastern United States. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support our safety initiatives across project and service operations.

Requirements

  • OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, industrial, or service environments
  • 5 years in a dedicated safety role (Minimum 3 years in construction/heavy service industry)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital safety management systems and AI
  • Safety-related education (degree, certification, or relevant coursework—can vary)
  • Ability to travel (Up to 60%, some including out-of-time and multiple overnight travel)
