Job Description
The Safety Director is responsible for leading and managing the comprehensive safety program across all companies within MWM Holdings. This role involves ensuring all safety initiatives are staying current and updated as needed to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant safety management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and general construction safety practices.
  • Ability to understand government regulation and learn what it takes to be in compliance
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site safety operations.
