Role OverviewThe Safety & Environmental Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and government regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to conduct safety training at all levels, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the plant.
What You Will Do
The Safety & Environmental Manager will develop and implement company-wide safety programs, conduct regular safety audits and inspections, provide training and resources to employees, report and investigate safety incidents, and maintain safety documentation and records.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 year college degree
- 4 year degree in a Safety/Environmental or related field is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in safety management within a manufacturing environment
