Role OverviewThe Safety Field Representative will serve as the Safety Program team's in-field representative during construction operations for all capital projects at the manufacturing site. This role is responsible for auditing and monitoring all construction work to ensure compliance with established safety programs and procedural requirements.
What You Will Do
The Safety Field Representative will engage directly in the field with construction and operations teams to enforce compliance with safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hot Work Permitting, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, and Safe Job Planning and Execution. They will also mentor and coach field personnel on safe work practices in alignment with safety programs and industry best practices.
