Role OverviewThe Safety Lead is a hands-on working lead who coordinates shift-level Safety staff assignments and coverage, maintains a visible presence across the Care Campus and designated perimeter areas, and provides first-level leadership during safety incidents and emergencies.
What You Will Do
Coordinate Safety staff assignments, posts, breaks, coverage, shift briefings, and handoffs. Monitor campus and perimeter conditions, including Crocker Street, and respond to emerging safety concerns.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Three or more years of relevant experience in safety, homeless services, behavioral health, crisis response, security, residential services, or a related participant-facing setting preferred. Prior lead, supervisory, or team-coordination experience strongly preferred.
