Role OverviewThe Safety Lead acts as a dual-purpose champion for both operational integrity and external relations, balancing proactive safety leadership and high-level customer service. This role is uniquely designed to ensure every employee returns home safely while providing world-class service to customers, vendors, and contractors.
What You Will Do
The Safety Lead will conduct daily safety walks and inspections, lead incident reporting and investigation, facilitate site-specific safety orientations, oversee safety equipment inspection and maintenance, and assist management in developing Safe Operating Procedures.

They will also be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and maintain three points of contact when climbing on/off machinery or on ladders.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- ACI Field Testing Level I Certification is highly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Construction, Heavy Building Material, or Asphalt is required; 2+ years of Aggregate focused experience is preferred
