Role OverviewThe Safety Manager leads participant, employee, and site safety for the Care Campus, managing the Safety team, staffing and deployment, incident prevention and response, de-escalation, emergency preparedness, and coordination with program teams.
What You Will Do
Direct daily Safety operations, staffing, post assignments, coverage, shift handoffs, and team performance; lead incident response, emergency preparedness, overdose response, documentation, review, and follow-up.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with de-escalation, crisis response, emergency procedures, incident management, and staff training
