Role OverviewThis role provides leadership and oversight for company safety, health, and risk management programs, while supporting employee development and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, with proven communication and problem-solving skills. This position manages a team of approximately six safety professionals across Colorado and New Mexico.
What You Will Do
Interface directly with company leadership to address safety concerns, assist in maintaining a high level of safety compliance and awareness at company fixed locations, work directly with field crews to promote company safety philosophies, and interact with other members of the Division and Region Safety Teams to develop new safety initiatives.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety or related field OR comparable professional experience in industrial safety
- Full understanding of OSHA/MSHA/DOT regulations pertaining to safety and health
- Computer skills in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to learn and utilize internal software programs and data management programs
