Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety (preferred)
4+ years of experience in commercial construction safety
Strong knowledge of concrete, cast-in-place, tilt-wall, and masonry construction
OSHA 500 certification (authorized to teach OSHA 10 & 30)
First Aid/CPR certification
Forklift, Man-lift, Signalman, and Rigging Instructor certifications
Knowledge of Fleet Safety and State & Federal DOT safety requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and mitigate hazards
Confident, professional, and diplomatic when handling challenging situations
Proven teaching, facilitation, and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and menu-driven systems
