Safety Manager

Requirements

• Develop, implement and maintain plantwide safety policies, procedures and standard work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state and local safety regulations.
• Manage safety performance metrics including incident rates and corrective actions.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Lead safety teams, audits and inspections.
• Oversee safety programs.
• Coordinate new hire and annual safety training.
• Track and report safety data and trends.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns.
