Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Manager in Luxemburg, WI. The Safety Manager is responsible for directing and leading all site safety programs, including new employee safety orientation, safety training, written program creation and maintenance, and compliance with Federal and State regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Dairy and/or food & beverage manufacturing safety experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of First Aid, Confined Space Entry, LOTO, Process Safety Management (preferred), and experience delivering classroom instruction
  • Certification in ASP or CSP preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of State and Federal safety and risk regulations
  • Effective presentation skills, able to engage and lead groups
  • Ability to streamline and manage processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and simplify complex tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logical methods to complex issues
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, team collaboration, relationship building, and experience leading teams through change
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapt quickly to change, and exercise sound judgment
