HELP USA is seeking a Safety Monitor Supervisor to oversee Safety Monitors at their assigned facility, ensuring residents' safety and a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Supervising Safety Monitors on duty to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development of training sessions for Safety Monitor Staff.
  • Ensuring minimum daily staff coverage.
  • Documenting individual staff problems as necessary.
  • Preparing and submitting on time all necessary administrative reports.
