Role OverviewMedcor Safety is seeking an experienced Safety Professional for a short-term construction project in New Albany, Ohio. This opportunity supports a large-scale data center construction project, working alongside an electrical contractor under the guidance of a Lead Safety Professional. The Safety Professional will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant construction site while supporting field personnel and project leadership.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions. Partner with field crews, supervisors, subcontractors, and project management to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety policies, and client requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant construction safety experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction safety regulations and jobsite hazard prevention
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with project leadership and field teams
- Comfortable working 50–60 hours per week, including potential night shifts
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and electronic safety documentation
