Job Description
Big-D Heavy Industrial is looking for a dynamic Safety Professional to join our team of professionals based in Miami, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors' degree or at least 1-3 years of construction safety experience, with a proven track record of successful OSHA/MSHA ratings, loss-work records, EMR trainings, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree preferred or at least 1-3 years of construction safety experience, or a combination of both
  • Proven track record of successful OSHA/MSHA ratings, loss-work records, EMR trainings, etc.
  • OSHA 30 hour training required; OSHA outreach instructor (OSHA 500) preferred
  • MSHA 24 hour training; MSHA Blue Card Instructor a plus
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associated Safety Professional (ASP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or other safety certifications are desirable
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Intermediate level understanding and usage of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
