Role Overview

The Safety, Risk, and Compliance Coordinator supports Behavioral Health Allies (BHA) in maintaining a safe, compliant, and risk-aware environment across all programs and service lines. This role plays a key function in safety program implementation, incident review, internal investigations, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local requirements.

What You Will Do

The Coordinator will support development and improvement of safety, risk, and compliance systems, assist in strengthening incident tracking, audit tools, and reporting processes, and identify opportunities to improve safety practices and reduce organizational risk.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, risk management, compliance, regulatory or criminal enforcement or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or human services preferred
