Role OverviewThe Safety Specialist is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by identifying and addressing hazardous conditions, unsafe behaviors, and compliance gaps in daily operations. This role involves conducting audits, inspections, and safety observations, as well as leading training sessions, job briefings, and safety meetings.
What You Will Do
Conduct daily operational efficiency tests and safety observations, investigate and address team member concerns and suggestions, assist locations with incident investigations, and stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
