Job Description
The Safety Supervisor is responsible for implementing work-site safety processes, training, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with MSHA requirements and company standards. This role partners with site leadership to ensure safety actions align with business and corporate safety objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience leading safety in mining or heavy civil construction operations
  • MSHA Instructor certification or ability to obtain one within 3 months
  • Colorado Surface Mine Foreman Certificate (preferred)
