The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation industry and understand the specific safety issues inherent to Dollar General.
What You Will Do
Track all safety data, prepare and conduct regular safety training sessions, handle mentoring and coaching, visit driver delivery sites to conduct safety audits, ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and standards, and lead ongoing Smith System training.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of transportation industry experience, specifically trucking
- Class A or B CDL preferred
