Role OverviewThe Safety Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all safety initiatives at a single CSC, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
What You Will Do
Supervises day-to-day activities of operators, provides support and guidance to operators, ensures a positive work environment, prepares and submits reports, and administers employee discipline.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- SBDI certification
- Commercial Driver's License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements
- Trainer in school bus transportation industry desired
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and group presentation skills
- Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills
